Taking a Case to Tribunal
If a dispute has become more serious Emplex can assist in making a claim to an employment tribunal and help you prepare your case. You do not need to be legally represented at the tribunal hearing, however, if you do require legal assistance and representation we will be happy to provide the services of one of our experienced employment lawyers.
